Settings Page

The Settings (Config) page, accessible via the gear icon on the main toolbar, manages the HTTP web server, local network bindings, file storage paths, and application startup behavior for Immersive Touch Panels.

Web Server Settings

Immersive Touch Panels includes an integrated HTTP web server that delivers the HTML-based Builder and Viewer applications to connected client devices.

Setting Description
Enable Touch Panels Master toggle to start or stop the embedded HTTP web server.
Port The network port on which the web server listens (default: 8081).
Active Network Interfaces Lists all local IP addresses detected on the host PC (e.g., 127.0.0.1, 192.168.x.x) to allow connection from external phones, tablets, or remote browsers.

Note: If you change the HTTP port, ensure the new port is allowed through the Windows Defender Firewall for inbound TCP traffic.

CMDNET Integration Settings

Immersive Touch Panels communicates with Fly Elise-ng client applications via the CMDNET socket interface.

  • Default CMDNET Port: The local or remote port used by Fly Elise-ng applications for socket control (default: 5600).
  • Auto-Reconnect: Automatically reconnects to defined targets when the target application launches or recovers after a restart.
  • Polling / Refresh Interval: The frequency at which dynamic "Sources" (status values such as warping state) are polled and pushed to touch panels.

File and Asset Paths

  • Custom Images Folder: The local directory path used to store and serve user-uploaded background textures, button skins, and icons (e.g., C:\WARP000\images\).
  • Create Images: Generates default UI graphical assets directly into the designated image path.
  • Panel Storage Directory: The directory where all panel layout files, widget hierarchies, and JSON definitions are saved.

Application Startup Options

  • Start on Windows Start: Configures the software service to launch automatically upon Windows user logon.
  • Start Minimized: Launches the application directly into the Windows system tray without opening the desktop configuration window.
  • Show Tray Notifications: Enables pop-up notification messages when targets connect, disconnect, or server states change.
